- As a Canadian I find it 'interesting' that American news stories regarding polls or studies of this nature usually mention Canada if the US rates higher; however, if the American mystique is threatened by contrast to Canada there is no mention of us.

- I've got a 2000 Camry and a 2002 Sienna. Though I like both and would consider another Toyota, I'm not the fan I used to be.

- As the tempest rages, the rest of the world watches a once proud empire sink into its darkest stereotype - the arrogant, brash, not too bright, uninformed repugnant American. Of course that is not true of Americans, but this battle is certainly solidifying the image.

- Cliches are just that - cliches. But often they resurface because they say so much, like "Small things amuse small minds." Pettiness in the fashion world must be a value pursued.
